Shipping and pickup
Shipping
We ship our animals all over Canada, via Reptiles Runner, a company specialized in shipping exotic animals.
Of course, we guarantee that the animals arrive in good health.

Shipping method
The animals are shipped between 25C and -5C at a fedex center near you. It is possible to deliver to your door, if the outside temperature is between 25C and 10C. On the other hand, it' s advised to have the package held at a Fedex center.

We have a store located in Blainville, QC. You can make an appointment with us to pick up your order.

Booking
Operation
It will be a pleasure for us to keep the animal of your choice, the time to assemble its new habitat.
To do so, we ask for a 25% deposit (non-refundable). Afterwards, we give you 30 days to complete the payment and take your new animal with you.
Guarantees and support.
At Exotic Addicts, we guarantee that all animals sold are born in captivity (unless otherwise stated). Each animal offered for sale has had a quarantine. In addition, we make sure that the animal eats well and is in good condition.
We guarantee our animals for 7 days.
